These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shake mobile app and related services (“Shake”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Shake, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Shake.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Shake. By using Shake you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. We verify your email address with a one-time code before your account becomes active. Tell us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
ShakeBucks are a virtual, in-app scorekeeping currency with no real-world value. Bets between users are friendly, play-money contests for entertainment and bragging rights. We are not a party to any bet, do not adjudicate disputes between users beyond the in-app outcome flow, and provide no prizes of monetary value.
You agree not to use Shake to break the law, harass others, post unlawful or abusive content, cheat or manipulate outcomes, attempt to derive real-money value from ShakeBucks, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you submit (such as your display name, avatar, and bet descriptions) and grant us a limited licence to host and display it to operate Shake. You are responsible for the content you post.
Shake is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Shake.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above, and continued use of Shake after changes means you accept them.
